In the event a Live group course (conference) must be cancelled by the attendee the registration fees may be used for another conference within the same calendar year but cannot be carried over to future years. If attendee did not cancel or change the registration, then the registration fees will be forfeited.
However, if you desire you may convert the registration fees to a dollar amount and keep it on your account for use in the other fields of study. If you choose to cancel and prefer a refund, the following policies apply:

We will also reschedule the Live group course (conference). All attendees will be notified by phone and/or email.
Group Internet Based (GIB)
In the event a GIB course (webinar) must be cancelled by the Negotiation Technologies, LLC dba PitBullTax Institute your registration fee for that individual GIB course (webinar) will be refunded in full. We will also reschedule the Webinar. All attendees will be notified by phone and/or email.
for any reason you wish to cancel a Webinar you enrolled in, you may do so anytime 24 hours prior to the live event for a full refund.
You may also cancel within the 24 hours preceding the live event and receive a 75% refund.

We encourage you to call your Account Representative who is available Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6pm EST for assistance. If you do not know your Account Representative`s contact information, please, call our main line at 877-474-8285, and an Account Manager will connect you with correct individual. If the Account Manager is unable to resolve the matter to your satisfaction, your complaint will be escalated to a member of our senior management team.

PitBullTax Institute use activities, materials, and delivery systems that are current, technically accurate, and effectively designed. Course documentation contain the most recent publication, revision, or review date. Courses revised as soon as feasible following changes to relative codes, laws, rulings, decisions, interpretations, and so on. Courses in subjects that undergo frequent changes must be reviewed by an individual with subject matter expertise at least once a year to verify the currency of the content. Other courses reviewed at least every two years.
Program Content and Knowledge Level
The program content and program level are appropriate for the intended participants.
The knowledge level of the course specified so that participants can determine if the program is appropriate for their development needs.
Program knowledge levels consist of: basic, intermediate, advanced, overview or update.
Basic. Program knowledge level most beneficial to a skill or an attribute of participants. These individuals are often at the staff or entry level in organizations, although such programs may also benefit a seasoned professional with limited exposure to the area.
Intermediate. Program knowledge level that builds on a basic program, most appropriate for participants with detailed knowledge in an area. Such persons are often at a mid-level within the organization, with operational and/or supervisory responsibilities.
Advanced. Program knowledge level most useful for individuals with mastery of the topic. This level focuses on the development of in-depth knowledge, a variety of skills, or a broader range of applications. Advanced level programs are often appropriate for seasoned professionals within organizations; however, they may also be beneficial for other professionals with specialized knowledge in a subject area.
All programs identified as intermediate, advanced or update clearly identify prerequisite education, experience and/or advanced preparation. For courses with a program knowledge level of basic or overview, prerequisite education or experience and advance preparation must be noted, if any, otherwise, stated "none" in course announcement or descriptive materials.
Content and delivery systems – Courses developed by individuals or teams having expertise in the subject matter. Expertise demonstrated through practical experience and/or education.
Content is Developed by a Subject Matter Expert – Programs reviewed by qualified persons other than those who developed the programs. These reviews occur before the first presentation of the materials and again after each significant revision of the program.
The participation of at least one licensed CPA, tax attorney, or IRS enrolled agent (in good standing and holding an active license or the equivalent of an "active" license in a U.S. jurisdiction) is provided in the development of each program in taxes.
Content is Based on Relevant Learning Objectives – Programs contain relevant learning objectives and outcomes that clearly articulate the professional competence that should be achieved by the participants.
